On Biggest Loser they went to Washington DC and had a visit with the First Lady who gave them, and all of us, a challenge. Get Fit! Move. Get off this silly computer and do something. =) Go check out the fitness tracker and goal setter at:

Thanks for the link! I've been meaning to look up the info on that! Not that I can do a lot at this point, but I can do more than I am currently doing.
ME too! I don't fit into any of my pants anymore, so something has to change. I think my activity levels are ok , but it's the sitting and snacking at home that's making me a blob.
