Hawaiian style quilt
Does this look authentic? It sure is a lot harder than I thought it would be.
Yes, it's all needle-turned applique, and then all the white space will have hand quilting following the shape of the green every 1/2 inch to the outer border. It's really very intricate on a large quilt---an amazing amount of work.

That's beautiful. I don't know if it's authentic or not--I've never seen a Hawaiian quilt. It does look involved...is it appliqued?
